OUR MISSION

Over 200 per day... 6000 per month... 73,000 sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, friends and colleagues are losing their battle with Substance Abuse Disorder each year.  An entire generation at risk of being lost. It is our responsibility, our duty to effect change and end this nightmare. With your help we can. Proceeds from The Butterfly Ball will enable those in crisis to break through financial barriers and receive the treatment that they so desperately need. It will also provide funding for our inaugural youth prevention program and ongoing community advocacy work. Please join us on March 7, 2020 for a night to transform lives.

Our Foundation

The N.O.W. Matters More Foundation champions creative efforts and solutions for prevention, education, and treatment of substance abuse and the disease of addiction.  We use relevant and effective images, discussions, and entertainment via print, Internet, radio, television, film, conference, and personal appearances to promote awareness, understanding, reduce the stigma, and inspire action.

Since 2011, our foundation has helped individuals and families navigate the process of recovery.  Key members have vetted treatment facilities, helped connect those in need to the right program.

We provide partial or full scholarships when necessary and available.  We promote multiple events every year for this very purpose and are grateful to the programs and individuals that help with this very necessary component of our foundation.

Unfortunately many people suffering with addiction are under insured, have limited benefits, or have no insurance at all.  This is why our fundraising efforts are so important.  We believe everyone deserves a second chance at life and financial barriers shouldn't be a factor.  With your help our children, family, friends and colleagues can get the help they need at the most critical time in their life.  Join us and help transform someone's life today!
